Campus Construction
I am well aware that there is obviously going to be construction taking place from time to time on any given campus. The thing that I have been noticing about Rowan, however, is that they will start a project and leave the remains just laying around for weeks. For example, take a look near the parking lot next to the bookstore. Random enormous hunks of metal and machinery laying practically in the middle of the sidewalk. There is even poles sticking out of the ground where you walk that I have personally tripped over multiple times. Next to Robinson Hall you can find a random trailer with huge piles of dirt surrounding it that has been parked here for over four years. And then there is Triad apartments, which has a giant trash container sitting literally right in front of the complex. Why directly in front of the building? Isn’t there a more, I don’t know, secluded area to place this giant trash receptacle?
